Friday, April 8:

• Finns on Finnair Flight AY005 – scheduled arrival at JFK airport at 2:40 p.m.
• Finland Players and Families Arrive at Skatium – time TBD (est. 6:30 p.m.); host families meet and pick-up players
• Finnish parents return to hotel (Holiday Inn & Suites – Drexelbrook)

Saturday, April 9:

• Welcome event at Arnold’s Family Fun Center – 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (click here for information and tickets)
• Evening: Team Pot Luck Dinners (times TBD by hosts)

Sunday, April 10:

• Daytime: parents play at disc golf outing – 10 a.m.
• Daytime: kids at hockey practice
• Evening: parents at Havertown Bar Crawl (time TBD)

Monday, April 11:

• Philadelphia Sightseeing and Scavenger Hunt – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tuesday, April 12:

• Day trip to NYC (7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.)

• Joint team practices

• Finland Exchange Night at the Philadelphia Flyers

• Finland Exchange Tournament Day One

• Finland Exchange Tournament Day Two

Saturday, April 16:

• Finland Exchange Tournament Day Three

Sunday, April 17

• 1:15 p.m. – Host families report to Drexelbrook with their Finnish guests
• Finns depart for JFK Airport from the Holiday Inn at Drexelbrook, time 1:45 p.m. est.
• Finns depart JFK on Finnair Flight at 7:05 p.m.
