Clearances Required
Our hospitality leads would like to begin to gather everyone’s background clearances.
- All individuals in your home 18 and over are required to submit their clearances.
- There are three clearances required:
- Child Abuse Clearance
- Criminal Background Clearance
- FBI Clearance for Fingerprinting – The service code for volunteers is 1kg6y3
If you have lived in PA for more than 10 years then you can complete this Affidavit instead of the FBI Clearance.
We strongly recommend you submit your clearances as soon as possible.
Clearances are good for five years so if you already have your clearances for volunteering at school, coaching, etc. then you can submit those copies, no need to request a new copy.
Please send your three clearances for all adults in your home as soon as possible to Elaine McKay (McKayVelocity7@aol.com).
